Yizkor Book Listings

As we approach the High Holy Days, we are about to prepare the Yizkor Book which records the names of our loved ones whom we will remember at Yizkor worship on Yom Kippur. The Yizkor Book will also be used at all Yizkor services during the religious year. It is therefore important to record your loved ones’ names for them to be part of these services.

For a minimum donation of $36.00, the names of your beloved can be listed in this year's book. Simply fill out the form below along with your donation.

IMPORTANT: Donations and Form MUST BE RECEIVED by Friday, August 23, 2019 to ensure that your list is included in this year’s Yizkor book.

Note for our L’Chaim members: There is no additional charge to you as a participant of the L’Chaim Program. If you would like to add names to your existing list, please fill out the form above. If you have no additional names, we will automatically include your previous listing.
