Gerson Legacy Fund

In July, Rabbi Gerson will be leaving the pulpit at Rodef Shalom after 25 years of outstanding leadership and service.  We will celebrate his career at Rodef and the incredible contributions both he and wife, Sue Parker Gerson, have made to the synagogue, the Jewish community and the broader community of Denver at a Tribute event on Sunday, May 6. 

When Rabbi and Sue were asked what we might do to honor their legacy on a more permanent basis, they suggested we purchase a new Torah, establish restricted funds to be used for continuing education within our sacred community, for social action/social justice projects outside of Rodef Shalom and for other uses as would honor the Gerson legacy.
