Available programs and schedules: (Please note revised schedule options for Infant Room and Pre-K)

• Infant Room: 5 days only, Monday–Friday: Full Days
• Pre-K: 5 days only, Monday–Friday: Half Day, Full Day, Extended Day
• Ones–Three's: 5 days, Monday–Friday: Half Day, Full Day, Extended Day
• Ones–Three's: 3 days, Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Half Day, Full Day, Extended Day
• Ones–Three's: 2 days, Tuesday, Thursday: Half Day, Full Day, Extended Day

For all programs, please note that we close at 5:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 4:00 p.m. on Fridays.

BILLING PERIOD

Our billing period is September–May. Tuition is based on a full school year and is divided into nine, equal, monthly payments; the first month’s payment is due in September, the last in May.

Schedule changes after May 1st, 2024, will be billed at $30 for each change.

TUITION AND FEES

Monthly tuition schedule: 2024–2025 School Year

Registration fees for the 2024–2025 school year are $150 for the first child and $50 for each additional child. A 1 month tuition deposit/child is also required. Tuition deposits are divided into nine, equal credits that are applied to monthly tuition charges. Registration fees and tuition deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable, and must be paid within 72 hours of receiving your placement email, otherwise your child's spot will be released.

Rodef Shalom members receive a 10% tuition discount and must either pay the current fiscal year’s membership dues in full or set up automatic payments before the start of the school year. Our member discount is not available to Infant Room families.

DISCOUNTS

Discount and Scholarship Opportunities:

• Sibling discount: 10% discount will be deducted from lowest tuition(s); one sibling discount per family
• For all scholarships, including JEWISHcolorado: Apply via FACTS at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid by April 1st to qualify for the 2024–2025 school year
• Denver Preschool Program (must be Denver County resident and child must be 4-years-old on or before October 1, 2024): Apply at https://dpp.org

ADMISSION / PLACEMENT

Parents will receive an email by February 16, 2024, letting you know if your child has received a spot (placed) or is on the waiting list. Receiving a placement email will require parents to submit the nonrefundable and nontransferable registration fee and tuition deposit within 72 hours. Placement emails will also include next steps to complete the admissions process. If the registration fee and tuition deposit are not submitted within 72 hours, your child's spot will be released to the next family on the waiting list.

Infant Families Only

Due to the large number of inquiries for the infant room, we would like to inform all families in advance that there is a possibility that even members may not get a spot. We will do our very best to accommodate as many families as possible, and it is common to see movement in the infant room as the year progresses.
