SUMMER CAMP OVERVIEW

Rodef Shalom Summer Camp is an all-inclusive summer program at Rodef Shalom Preschool. We welcome children ages 0-6 for a summer program that is filled with fun activities and learning. We spend a large amount of time outside over the summer. We see the outdoors as a second classroom for all of our students regardless of age. Be prepared for splash/water days, in house field trips from local organizations, gardening, cooking, sports, arts and crafts, and so much more. At Rodef Shalom Summer Camp we look forward to a more relaxed schedule than during the school year. You can look forward to your child sharing stories about exploring, discovery, and getting MESSY!

PROGRAMS & SCHEDULES

Available programs and schedules: (Please note the limited schedule option for our Infant Room.)

• Infant Room: 5 days only, Monday–Friday: Full Days
• Ones–Pre-K: 5 days, Monday–Friday: Half Day, Full Day, Extended Day
• Ones–Pre-K: 3 days, Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Half Day, Full Day, Extended Day
• Ones–Pre-K: 2 days, Tuesday, Thursday: Half Day, Full Day, Extended Day

For all programs, please note that we close at 5:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 4:00 p.m. on Fridays.

BILLING PERIOD

Our billing period is June–August. Tuition is per session:

• Session 1: June 3–21 (closed Shavuot: Wednesday–Thursday, June 12–13 & Juneteenth: Wednesday, June 19)
• Session 2: June 24–July 12 (closed Independence Day: Thursday–Friday, July 4–5)
• Session 3: July 15–August 2

TUITION AND FEES

Per Session tuition schedule and additional fees: 2024 Summer Camp

Registration fees for Summer Camp are $75 for the first child, $50 for each additional child, and $100 per child after May 1, 2024. Each child's registration fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable and must be paid within 72 hours of receiving your placement email, otherwise your child's spot will be released.

DISCOUNTS

Congregation Rodef Shalom (CRS) members receive a 10% tuition discount and must either pay the current fiscal year’s membership dues in full or set up automatic payments before the start of Summer Camp. Our member discount is not available to Infant Room families.

Siblings discount: 10% will be deducted from the lowest tuition; one sibling discount per family.

ADMISSION / PLACEMENT

Parents will receive an email letting you know if your child has received a spot (placed) or is on the waiting list. Receiving a placement email will require parents to submit the nonrefundable and nontransferable registration fee within 72 hours. Placement emails will also include next steps to complete the admissions process.
