There is no charge for High Holiday services. However, donations of $180/seat is greatly appreciated.

Tot Service (Under 5 with an adult)

Complete this section if you are attending our Tot Service AND did not register for any of the following: Services in the Sanctuary; Children's Program; High Holiday Babysitting

  • Rosh Hashanah: 11:30 a.m.
  • Yom Kippur: 11:00 a.m.
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the service.

Children's Program (Grades K–5)

The Children’s Program will take place in the Mizel Museum.

  • 9:30 a.m. – End of Service for all services; no evening programs.
  • Registration is required for all programming.
  • Children must be checked in/out by a parent/guardian.
  • One or both parents must be in the building and reachable at all times.
  • Please provide age and current grade for each child.

High Holiday Babysitting (Ages 1–5)

  • Babysitting is available for children ages 1–5.
  • For both members and non-members, the fee is $10/child for each session. 
  • Registration is required; no drop-ins.
  • One or both parents must be in the building and reachable at all times.

Babysitting Times

  • Tuesday, September 23: 9:30 a.m.–End of Service
  • Wednesday, September 24: 9:30 a.m.–End of Service
  • Wednesday, October 1: 6:15–9:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, October 2: 9:30 a.m.–End of Service
  • Thursday, October 2: 4:20–7:35 p.m.

Yom Kippur Appeal

Rodef Shalom’s Yom Kippur appeal is one of our signature annual fundraisers. Membership dues make up about a quarter of our budget; fundraising throughout the year, and particularly during the holidays, enables us to fulfill our mission and continue our sacred work.

Yom Kippur 5786 Appeal donations of $500 or more are eligible for the Colorado Child Care Contribution Tax Credit. Childcare eligible gifts must be paid through CC, check or IRA; gifts paid with stocks, DAFs, etc. are not eligible.
