Come learn the science behind why roughhousing is such an important part of improving cooperation, strengthening connection and reducing meltdowns. If we are not sure where to begin or how to end, roughhousing can be a hard tool to use. Many parents are hesitant to roughhouse and are unsure of the best way to go about it. This class will lead to connection, laughter and a release of the bonding hormone Oxytocin for both you and your child. The class will begin with a short presentation and then we will dive in to demonstrating and practicing different roughhousing activities. This is an interactive experience for the whole family! You will leave with the right tools to implement new and safe ways to roughhouse with your children.
