High Holidays 5780

The sweetest times are spent with those we love. Come celebrate the High Holidays with Rodef Shalom.

Join Rabbi Rachel Kobrin and Cantor Saul Rosenthal for a warm, dynamic and inspiring observance of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. The High Holidays fill our sanctuary with a special energy and sense of meaning as the community comes together in prayer and song.

For the safety of our community and guests, please bring your tickets to each service. Anyone without a ticket will not be permitted to enter the building.

We Invite Everyone To Join Us - For Free!

Lulav and Etrog

Rodef Shalom members are welcome to order Etrog and Lulav sets.  Many congregants participate in this beautiful ritual and find it inspiring.  By owning your own Etrog and Lulav set, the observance and participation of the mitzvah of Netilat Lulav takes on added depth and significance.

Orders must be placed by September 12th.  Once the sets are delivered, we will notify you of pickup dates and times.

Yizkor Book

As we approach the High Holidays, we are about to prepare the Yizkor Book which records the names of our loved ones whom we will remember at Yizkor worship on Yom Kippur. The Yizkor Book will also be used at all Yizkor services during the religious year. It is therefore important to record your loved ones’ names for them to be part of these services.

For a minimum donation of $36.00, the names of your beloved can be listed in this year's book. Simply fill out the Yizkor Book form by Friday, August 23.
