Rodef Shalom Preschool Philosophy

Rodef Shalom Preschool was established and licensed by the State of Colorado in 2001. In our safe, child-centered, nurturing, Jewish environment, our curriculum emphasizes the whole child in areas of development: social, emotional, physical, cognitive and Judaic. Our school and our classes are small in order to ensure optimal learning experiences for each child. Through exploration and play our nurturing and experienced staff encourage and provide children the opportunity to thrive and grow, to have fun and enjoy, while developing curiosity and a love of learning. Rodef Shalom is committed to providing a high quality early childhood program so that each child may develop to his or her fullest potential.

OUR PROGRAM GOALS
  • Meeting the diverse needs of each child by being attentive to their individual developmental level.

  • Immersing each child in a relaxed, loving environment, rich in opportunity for discovery, play and exploration.

  • Encouraging each child to understand cooperative play, respect for others, and building positive relationships with friends.

  • Guiding children toward an awareness of who they are as individuals, as Jews and as members of the larger community in which they live.

  • Forging a partnership with parents to enhance and expand the foundations they have in place at home.

  • Loving School !
