WELCOME to Congregation Rodef Shalom

We are a Conservative synagogue of under 400 families located in southeast Denver, in the heart of Denver's Jewish community. Our members represent a cross-section of the population, from our founding senior members and older recent residents to Denver, to families with children of all ages, single parents and their families, singles and couples  with diverse experiences and backgrounds, and many young people seeking connection to the Jewish community. We are proud to be one of the oldest Conservative congregations in Denver.

B4 - BINGO! Help Rodef get its game on. Bingo is back! We host two weekly Sunday evening Bingo sessions, 6:00 and 8:30, at Winner's Bingo. We are looking for volunteers to help us with every aspect of Bingo: Games Manager, cashiers, bankers, specials and pickle sellers. NO EXPERIENCE is necessary and it is a fun way to help Rodef Shalom raise money. We need 6-8 volunteers each session. If you are interested, you may contact Debbie Jacobs at 303-587-7793 or Debbie.jacobs.co@gmail.com

The next in our series of Seudat Shabbat @ Home events will take place on Friday, February 17 at 6:30 pm. We are eagerly seeking hosts and guests alike to fill tables at four different homes. We are interested this time around to create a "family-friendly" host spot so that members with children might be able to participate. Please contact Fran Cohen (fcohen5055@comcast.net) if you are interested in either hosting or being a guest.

The Rodef Shalom Book Club will continue the winter 2012 program on Wednesday evening, February 22nd at the home of Steve and Barbara Zimmerman. The book for discussion is "The Hare with Amber Eyes" by Edmund de Waal. We begin at 7:15 pm. There is no charge but those interested in attending should call the synagogue office.
